This site is dedicated to the interests of J-Ro. The musical interests of J-Ro are wide, deep and varied. It all began
listening to vinyl recordings of Rod Stewart's "Every Picture Tell's a Story" and Eric Clapton's "461 Ocean Boulevard" from
my sisters collection. Then I saw Elton John doing Benny and the Jets on the Cher show. That set the wheels in motion. The
first album I ever bought was "Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy". I wore it out. Then I heard the Destory
album by KISS. Welcome to the rockin' years. Plenty of AC/DC, Nugent and Peter Frampton helped me rock the 70's. In 1978 I
heard the live album "You Had To Be There" by Jimmy Buffett on K-99. They played the entire double album at midnight. The
Bahama Kid was born. After about 40 concerts in the next 4 years my senses were altered. I muddled through the late 80's and
all of the 90's. Some of the sounds out of Seattle were tolerable. It wasn't until 2004 that "Big Daddy" Wayne turned me onto
the new groove. He turned me into a direction that I thought I would never go. Kings of Leon, My Morning Jacket, The Black
Keys, Jack Johnson and more. Then one day I walked into Cosmic Debris and Carl put on Porcupine Tree. It was the Deadwing
CD. My musical senses were once again turned in another direction. Procupine Tree and Blackfield filled the air.
